Clare Wassermann is a qualified meditation teacher. Classes involve gentle movement, deep relaxation, meditation and ways to practice at home.

A personalised individual meditation lesson can be booked on email@example.com at a mutually convenient time using Zoom so that you can benefit from the lesson at home. The cost is £25 for a session which lasts around 1 hour 15 minutes.

In time lessons will resume at her studio in Wolverhampton. These are available for individuals, small groups and workshops for larger groups.

Because of funding obtained Clare has some free lessons available through Gatis Community Space. At the moment these sessions are free but the centre, which is a vital resource in a challenging area, would benefit hugely from a donation, however little you can give.
Details of booking here: (sessions sell out at least a week before so do please book early). If you arrive after 7.35pm you may not be admitted to the session as interruptions can interfere with the flow of other attendees – hope you understand.
