Meditation Lessons

Clare Wassermann is a qualified meditation teacher. Classes involve gentle movement, deep relaxation, meditation and ways to practice at home.

Classes are currently moving online due to Covid-19. Details shortly but do email me for info.
A personalised individual meditation lesson can be booked on clare.wassermann@gmail.com  at a mutually convenient time using Zoom so that you can benefit from the lesson at home. The cost is £25 for a session which lasts around 1 hour 15 minutes.

Please email me if you would like to learn with a friend online or a small group.

In time lessons will resume at her studio in Wolverhampton. These are available for individuals, small groups and workshops for larger groups.

Limited Edition free sessions! [ONLINE]

Because of funding obtained Clare has some free lessons available through Gatis Community Space. At the moment these sessions are free but the centre, which is a vital resource in a challenging area, would benefit hugely from a donation, however little you can give.

Details of booking here: (sessions sell out at least a week before so do please book early). If you arrive after 7.35pm you may not be admitted to the session as interruptions can interfere with the flow of other attendees – hope you understand.
